1. Purpose
This Product Registration & Rewards Policy governs how eligible users may register products, earn Points through approved registration-related actions, and redeem Points for eligible Rewards through UWELL CREW.
This Policy forms part of the UWELL CREW Terms of Service & Membership Terms and must be read together with the Privacy Policy and any campaign-specific rules.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Product registration and rewards participation are available only to individuals who:
- reside in an eligible Canadian province;
- are of legal age to purchase vaping products in their province of residence; and
- maintain an active, eligible UWELL CREW account.
2.2 Residents of the following jurisdictions are not eligible to participate in product-registration rewards, Points earning, reward redemption, referral rewards, contests, or similar promotional features:
- Quebec
- British Columbia
- Prince Edward Island
- Nova Scotia
- Yukon
- Nunavut
- Northwest Territories
2.3 Users in excluded jurisdictions may be permitted to view public-facing informational content only, as determined by UWELL from time to time.
2.4 UWELL may require proof of age, proof of residency, proof of purchase, or other eligibility information at any time and may deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate participation where eligibility cannot be verified.
3. Product Registration
3.1 Eligible users may register an eligible product by submitting information requested by UWELL, which may include:
- product model;
- serial number or unique product identifier;
- purchase date;
- retailer or purchase source;
- proof of purchase;
- product images;
- any additional verification information reasonably required by UWELL.
3.2 Product registration is permitted only for lawful personal use and only for products that UWELL determines are eligible for registration.
3.3 Submission of a registration request does not guarantee approval, Points issuance, warranty status, authenticity confirmation, or any other benefit unless UWELL expressly confirms eligibility.
3.4 UWELL may review and validate registration submissions before accepting, rejecting, or reversing them.
4. Product Registration Rules
4.1 A product may be registered only in accordance with UWELL’s then-current program rules.
4.2 UWELL may limit:
- the number of products that may be registered per user;
- the number of Points available per product;
- the number of eligible registrations per household, device, address, payment profile, or account;
- the time period within which a product must be registered after purchase.
4.3 UWELL may reject or invalidate a registration where:
- the product identifier is missing, false, altered, reused, duplicated, or inconsistent;
- the proof of purchase is missing, illegible, forged, altered, or unverifiable;
- the product appears to have been obtained through unauthorized, grey-market, resale, or otherwise non-qualifying channels;
- the product appears tampered with, counterfeit, previously registered, or otherwise non-compliant;
- the account or registration activity appears fraudulent, automated, abusive, or misleading.
4.4 UWELL may request supplemental documents or information before approving a registration.
5. Purposes of Product Registration
UWELL may use product registration information for:
- verifying eligibility for Program participation;
- product authenticity checks;
- anti-fraud and abuse prevention;
- customer service and support;
- warranty or after-sales administration, where applicable;
- safety, legal, or service-related communications;
- Points administration and rewards validation;
- internal audit, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.
UWELL will limit collection of personal information to what is reasonably necessary for identified purposes and will handle such information in accordance with the UWELL CREW Privacy Policy.
6. Points Issuance for Product Registration
6.1 Points may be awarded only where UWELL expressly designates a registration activity as Point-eligible.
6.2 Points may be awarded for approved product registration only after UWELL verifies that the submitted product and registration satisfy applicable Program rules.
6.3 UWELL may set different Point values for different products, campaigns, or registration events.
6.4 Points issued for product registration are promotional units only, have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not property.
6.5 UWELL may delay, adjust, withhold, reverse, or cancel Points where:
- verification is incomplete;
- a submission is under review;
- the submission later proves invalid;
- fraud, duplicate use, or abuse is detected;
- the Point award was made in error.
7. Points Expiry
7.1 Points do not expire solely because time has passed since they were earned.
7.2 However, if a member does not earn or redeem any Points for a specified extended period and the membership agreement provides for cancellation in cases of account inactivity, UWELL may cancel Points associated with that inactive account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7.3 Where required by law or where UWELL elects to do so, advance notice may be provided before Points are cancelled due to inactivity.
7.4 Points may also be cancelled or forfeited where an account is closed, suspended, terminated, or rendered ineligible in accordance with the Program rules and applicable law.
8. Rewards Eligibility
8.1 Points may be redeemed only by eligible members with active accounts in eligible jurisdictions.
8.2 Rewards may include only items, services, or benefits that UWELL designates in the Rewards Catalog.
8.3 Rewards available under UWELL CREW are limited to non-vaping merchandise, branded accessories, lifestyle items, membership benefits, and other non-vape items designated by UWELL.
8.4 Points may not be redeemed for:
- electronic cigarettes;
- vape devices;
- nicotine-containing products;
- tobacco products;
- cash;
- cash-equivalent instruments;
- any item prohibited by applicable law or by UWELL’s Program rules.
9. Rewards Catalog
9.1 The Rewards Catalog may be updated, revised, substituted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
9.2 Reward descriptions, images, quantities, Point values, redemption limits, shipping conditions, and availability are subject to change.
9.3 A listed Reward is an invitation to redeem and not a guarantee of availability.
9.4 UWELL may substitute a Reward with another item of equal or greater approximate value where a listed Reward is unavailable, discontinued, restricted, or impracticable to fulfill.
10. Reward Redemption
10.1 Members may redeem Points only through the methods authorized by UWELL.
10.2 A redemption request is not complete until UWELL confirms acceptance.
10.3 UWELL may refuse, suspend, or cancel a redemption where:
- the member is not eligible;
- the account is under review;
- the Points balance is inaccurate or disputed;
- the Reward is unavailable;
- the shipping address or contact information cannot be verified;
- fraud, abuse, or policy violation is suspected;
- fulfillment would violate applicable law or Program restrictions.
10.4 Rewards are non-transferable unless UWELL expressly states otherwise.
10.5 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all redeemed Rewards are final and are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.
11. Shipping, Delivery, and Fulfillment
11.1 Rewards may be subject to shipping restrictions, location restrictions, carrier limitations, inventory constraints, and operational limits.
11.2 UWELL may require a valid delivery address in an eligible jurisdiction before fulfillment.
11.3 UWELL is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside UWELL’s reasonable control.
11.4 Risk of loss may pass upon shipment or delivery, depending on the nature of the Reward and the applicable fulfillment process.
11.5 UWELL may decline to reship or replace Rewards that are undeliverable due to inaccurate user information or repeated failed delivery attempts.
12. Taxes, Charges, and Value
12.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, members are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or other charges associated with a Reward.
12.2 Approximate retail values shown in the Rewards Catalog are for reference only and may change over time.
12.3 Reward values and Point costs are promotional constructs and do not establish a cash conversion ratio or monetary entitlement.
13. Fraud, Abuse, and Audit Rights
13.1 UWELL may monitor Program activity to detect fraud, abuse, duplicate registrations, suspicious redemption behavior, automation, manipulation, false identities, and unauthorized account sharing.
13.2 UWELL may audit accounts, registrations, proofs of purchase, shipping records, device identifiers, IP activity, and related records where reasonably necessary to protect Program integrity.
13.3 If UWELL reasonably suspects misuse, UWELL may:
- place a hold on the account;
- freeze or reverse Points;
- cancel pending or completed redemptions;
- reject registrations;
- suspend or terminate the account;
- disqualify the user from current or future campaigns.
14. Promotional Campaigns, Contests, and Lucky Draws
14.1 UWELL may from time to time connect product registration or reward activity with separate campaigns, contests, sweepstakes, draws, or other promotions.
14.2 Any such activity will remain subject to separate official rules, eligibility conditions, and applicable law.
14.3 Where a contest, draw, or chance-based promotion is offered, UWELL will provide the legally required disclosures applicable to that promotion, including required information about prizes and any material facts affecting chances of winning, where required by Canadian law.
14.4 Participation in a campaign or promotion does not create any vested right to future benefits, prizes, or continued campaign availability.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with product registration, Points administration, verification, and rewards fulfillment will be handled in accordance with the UWELL CREW Privacy Policy.
UWELL may collect only the information reasonably necessary for identified Program purposes and may retain records needed for compliance, fraud prevention, fulfillment, and dispute resolution.
16. Modifications and Termination
UWELL may modify this Policy, the registration rules, the Rewards Catalog, the Point structure, or related operational rules from time to time.
Where a change has a material adverse effect on users, UWELL may provide reasonable notice unless immediate action is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
UWELL may suspend or terminate all or part of the product registration or rewards system at any time, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections.
