A Solemn Statement on Protecting Consumer Rights and Buying Authentic Products from Official Channels


As an official entity engaging in the R&D, production and sales activities under the brand UWELL, Shenzhen UWELL Technology Co., Ltd. (UWELL) (hereinafter referred to as “we” or the “Company”) always upholds the business philosophy of good faith, and is committed to delivering safe, reliable, high-quality authentic products and excellent services to consumers worldwide. To effectively protect the legal rights and interests of consumers, maintain market order, and prevent the risks from counterfeit, shoddy and infringing products, we hereby issue the following solemn statement:


I. Authoritative disclosure through official channels

The official platforms for information release and product display recognized by us are:

Other websites containing titles, domain names or contents similar to ours are not authorized by us, and the information released and the products sold thereon have nothing to do with us.

2. Authorized sales network:

Online platforms: Consumers can rest assured to buy authentic products from our official website and authorized dealers and retailers.

Offline channels: Authentic products are only sold by our official direct-sale stores, dealers and retailers that have been strictly reviewed and officially authorized by us. We cannot guarantee the origin and authenticity of products labeled with our brand that are sold by stores or individuals without our written authorization.


II. Being vigilant against the risks of buying products from unofficial channels


1. Product authenticity and quality risks:

Products sold through non-officially authorized channels (including but not limited to unauthorized online stores, individual buyers and unregulated market stalls) are very likely to be counterfeit, refurbished, second-hand or inferior goods. As they may have serious safety hazards, performance defects, compatibility problems and short-circuit risks, these products are not covered by any quality assurance offered by us.

2. Risk of lack of after-sales service:

We cannot and do not provide any form of official warranty, technical support and after-sales service for products purchased from unofficial channels. Consumer rights will be difficult to be protected.

3. Risk of difficulty in rights protection by law:

Consumers who are unfortunate to pay for counterfeit products or suffer losses due to the use of non-authentic products often get into the trouble with rights protection, as they cannot trace the responsibility back to the seller or do not have valid purchase certificates.

4. Security and privacy risks:

Domains that are not authorized by the brand UWELL contain malicious codes that steal user credentials and payment information, and may induce transactions through false promotional campaigns.


III. Protecting rights and resolutely cracking down on infringements


1.  Our position:

We always adopt a “zero tolerance” attitude towards any unauthorized use of our trademarks, trade names, product designs, technical patents and other intellectual property rights, together with the illegal acts of manufacturing and selling counterfeit and shoddy products.

Please check the anti-counterfeiting mark on the product itself and its packaging through our official website or using the officially designated methods immediately after you receive the product.

2.  Request formal receipts:

When you make a purchase, be sure to request a formal receipt or shopping proof affixed with a clear stamp of the seller and keep it properly.

Stay on high alert to products with prices far below the normal market level, from unknown sources, with rough packaging, or without packaging, valid anti-counterfeiting mark or formal receipts.
